Kristin has been a member of The Florida Bar since 2011 and earned her law degree from the University of Miami School of Law. She is a Florida attorney who represents individuals, families, and personal representatives in litigation, as well as in probate and trust administration matters. Kristin brings a practical, strategic approach to each case, whether she is guiding a family through estate administration or representing a client in a contested will, inheritance, or trust matter.
Before founding Vivo Law, Kristin served as in-house counsel at Yahoo! and Del Monte Fresh Produce. There she handled complex business matters, negotiated significant commercial deals, and advised companies operating across multiple jurisdictions. That experience gives her a clear understanding of both the legal and business considerations that shape a dispute.
